You can do better Panera. This is pitiful for your price point. We won’t be returning. We’ll just go to McCalisters next time.
Never disappointed. Service is super fast, and the staff is very friendly. The food has always been extremely fresh and delicious. I always use the curbside pickup option and place my order through their app.
Ordered carryout for lunch online. The automated resolve did that my hot sandwich would be ready in 15 minutes, which corresponded to my commute time. I get there in 15 minutes exactly and my sandwich was cold! So when I check my email later that day, I see the automated response saying that my sandwich was ready 5 minutes after my order was placed. There needs to be a better system in place. Ten minutes is a long time when talking about food preparation. My food isn't ready that fast when I dine-in there. Very disappointing. Hopefully this is a one-off.
