Panera Bread

I used to love Panera Bread, but I have had several bad experiences there since Covid, and I now think it’s a much better option to eat lunch at home or at another restaurant. First we tried take out. By the time we got home, the sandwiches were soggy. The quality of the salads seemed to go down; we were getting brown lettuce. When Panera reopened with patio dining, I tried that, but it was horrible. It was over 100 degrees, and too uncomfortable to eat outdoors, even though I had a shaded table. The patio was surrounded by idling vehicles on three sides: the In-N-Out drive-thru on one side, the Panera drive-thru on another side, and Panera’s curbside pickup on the third side. The idling vehicles made the temperature on the patio even hotter, and who wants to breathe in all of that car exhaust while eating? I always get the Margarita Flatbread and have referred this Panera. Hold meetings and after church. Tonight bought the usual and went to 2nd job and when I started eating it so overbearing with a spice I couldn't eat it. Upon throwing all away. I phoned to let them know that, it is the first time ever a problem and the manager did not offer to replace, offer any solution. I was very disappointed.

50% of the time I order from here something is wrong. This time I placed a delivery order through their app, they were out of baguettes so apples were swapped as the side and I checked the box that I wanted utensils included. The ticket on the bag specifically shows that someone took the time to check the box but I still ended up with NO UTENSILS AND NO APPPES.. For a $50 dinner, its very upsetting. This store is lacking any attention to detail or just has lazy employees.
