Panera Bread

I placed an order for delivery. I ordered 2 items soup and a fruit cup. The fruit cup was not in my bag. I called Panera and was told to contact Door dash. No, ma'am door dash doesn't put items in the bag you guys do door dash just picks it up and deliver it. We can offer you a refund. I guess you will have to because I'm sure you are not going to send someone out to bring it. This location has some really sorry worker. I'm calling corporate. Then they put a fork in the bag. Am I suppose to eat soup with a fork?

This was my second day in a row ordering from this location. I figured I would give them another try before writing this review. Most of the kitchen staff was noticeably high and loud. They were playing around and messed up my order 2 times in a row. Don’t bother getting the iced coffee from here. It’s not prepared properly and extremely weak. The iced coffee was basically white and taste like milk with ice in it. The cashier did not give us a receipt when we placed our order. So when we asked for a refund it was difficult because the obviously high or gifted cashier had lacked on his simple responsibilities. Will not go here again. Will be calling corporate office to complain on Monday!!!

This is the worst Panera I have EVER BEEN TO! I ordered a smoothie to start with while there doing work. They took 20 min and I had to walk up front to ask for it when they gave me a buzzer for a smoothie. I was going to order other items as I work, but I will not. I will NEVER come back here. I will call there district office as well! The place was messy up front and had no deserts
