Panera Bread

The young lady who took our order was very rude. They were out of at least 3 things. After we paid, she went on the the next customer. We were not given our drink cups and we had to ask which cup to get, keep in mind there were 4 or 5 different sizes. She very rudely said, the one on the end. When I got broccoli cheddar soup, it was very watery. I could basically drink eat. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!

I went through the drive-thru for a plain bagel. It took longer than it should have to be served(nobody in front of me). Bagel was tasty. OVERALL: I cautiously recommend this establishment

I know that your employees hate their lives and wish to be anywhere but at work. Someone needs to step in and retrain them how to treat the customers spending ridiculous amounts of money to eat at your establishment. And when they do spend ridiculous amounts of money you make sure that everything is included in the bag. And most definitely do not make spart comments under your breath when they comment on the outrageous price they are spending. Maybe they were not aware the prices were so high to eat there. And now you discourage them from every spending a dime at this business again. I'm extremely disappointed at my experience.
