Panera Bread

I love Panera but this location really sucks. The staff there gives the impression as though they don’t really care or neither want to be there. Service is always slow, I’ve been to this location perhaps 5 times, and all 5 times it’s the same. Slow taking orders and communication is very poor. Pick up is another issue. If you ask for something it’s like I’m taking it from their portion, super weird. Last trip there I repeated my order twice at pick up and still got the wrong sandwich. How is that possible when the receipts have your name on it and they called my name? I asked for bread as my side order, just put a piece of cold baguette in my bag, It’s a bakery for god sakes, how bout you warm it up, no butter, no knife ????????‍♀️. The only way I would go back to that location is if I’m in the area and desperately hungry and no other option. Sad

love Panera bread, the higher price is justified by the quality of the food and the choices of juice drinks along with a comfortable dining room. and free WiFi!... u can choose a self serve order station. my favorite, I hate dealing with people behind counters. I can put in my own order and grab my own vibrate beeper thing and wait for my food.

I’ve been going to this location for years and today was the just the most horrible service ever. The server Tony was so rude to us just asking if they had an item and answered so sarcastically, my friend and I made eye contact to see if we heard correctly. He then walked away from taking our order and resumed sweeping the floor. I guess because he couldn’t be bothered. We place our order and proceeded to wait. The same person that was holding the broom sweeping when to prepare our food, he placed a glove on the hand he would use so I guess that makes it better. How are they cleaning during the day at lunchtime anyway? This is the second bad experience in a month after years of good service but I can’t say I will ever be back.
