My wife picked up some to go for dinner. The picture was supposed to be the bbq chicken sandwich but it did not look anything like the picture... I give a rating of 3 because maybe the store itself is well taken care of, but the food is up for debate...
Catering service is not good at the Lake Bluff location. I have used several other locations for catering at business meetings and been very pleased. They deliver a partial order or leave things out altogether and then give an attitude when you call asking about the items or about refunding the money.
Panera bread is always the best.The quality and quantity of food way too good . This place is so cute and spacious. Staffs are so welcoming and helpful too.
