Bryn was the person who helped me. She was outstanding!! I didn’t want to use the kiosk to order so when I asked she cheerfully told me she could help me, with a great smile. Not only did she take my order but she asked what color mug I wanted for my coffee, and told me all the colors. I had questions for her and she was patient and kind. It’s sometimes rare to find a younger person that gives great service so I was pleasantly surprised!! This is Panera at HighPoint Shopping Center in Harrisburg PA.
Manager of the kitchen told me to sit and wait for our order that would be ready when the app said. Said 12:35 will be done…. So at 12:35 i asked for my food since he was so delightful the first time. His answer… were working on it and when the food is ready it’s ready. Last time at this Panera
