In the past I have sworn to never return to Panera, but thanks to my kids, here I am. I was pleasantly surprised. It seems that they might be adequately staffed, so there weren't long wait times and the quality was actually worth the price. All of the staff was so friendly and the place was pretty clean.
Ordered a half chicken sandwich and a bowl of soup to go. The container they gave me was 4 inches by 2.5 inches. In what country is that considered a bowl worth of soup!?!?!? It was over $18! With a half sandwich, now a whole! At lease I know not to go back there again which is sad because I work close by and would go all the time if it was reasonable.
Always a favorite for the whole family But although the Mac and cheese was a little burnt a couple of times I still have to give Panera a 5 Star review Because the Mac was still edible And the staff where respectful and the only time I seem to get it a little burnt was at like at around 9pm so that's understandable at least for me And it's only happened like 2 times But whenever I get it before 8pm it's perfect!!!! So with all that said I still highly recommend Panera
