Be aware they have no problem stealing from their customers. I ordered a pick 2, a bagel with cream cheese and a large tea. My bill was 23.00 with a tip. When they brought my order (curbside), they told me they were out of the bagel I wanted. I said ok, did you substitute with another? No… ok, so you refunded me for the bagel? “Uh, no,” but I guess I could… I then said yes, I don’t think I should have to pay for something I didn’t receive. Do you? No answer. I mean they could’ve given me a tub of the cream cheese, a brownie, a cookie?? Something to make up for the cost of the bagel and cream cheese, but they offered nothing. It’s been 4 days, the charge is no longer pending and he never refunded me my money. If there ones thing I can’t stand is a liar. My principals will not allow me to return to this Panera.
Food tastes fresh, the unlimited refills for 10.99 a month seems pretty interesting. Wanted to try the extra caffeine drink options but kids wanted a different drink.
