This Panera is extremely clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The ice coffee is strong and they have a variety of milks at the coffee bar. I'm sad I'm not on this side of town more often. As far as Paneras go, this one is tops.
Excellent experience! (Which is almost unheard of anymore.) They were quick to greet customers. Since they were out of the usual bread to make my sandwich, they offered a delicious substitute. The food was prepared in timely manner. And everything I ordered was so good. Keep up the good work!
I typically have spectacular results at this Panera. It's one of my go-to breakfast stops on the way to work. Given my repeat business, you might expect 5 stars. Unfortunately, there have been fluctuations in the quality of the food which I order (ie bagel freshness first thing in the morning, or giving me the incorrect sandwich), or times I have not received utensils when I requested them. Overall, it's still Panera, so it's definitely delicious.
