Panera Bread

The manager Oscar is always friendly and goes out of his way for customers. I order from Panera a lot and he’s always polite and professional. He also manages wonderful staff. The kiosks and Panera app are also user friendly and easy to order from. My only request to Panera corporate (I know it’s not location specific) is to bring back the sierra turkey sandwich.

Good salads. Good coffee but the smoothie was small and over priced. It still was good but a little thin. I will go back when in the area. I want to try their chicken sandwich.

This is definitely my least favorite Panera. Every time I've ordered food, something has been forgotten or prepared incorrectly. I generally go out of my way to go to another Panera if I plan to order food. Today I didn't have that option. The lines were long at the kiosks and the register, so I ordered from the app for dine in. It only allowed "Contactless Dine In" and not delivery to my seat. I stood near the pickup area, waiting for them to call my name. My name was on the board, and other orders where being filled ahead of mine. Eventually my name disappeared from the board (never went to ready) but there was no food in the window that looked like what I ordered. Four minutes later, I received a text saying my order was ready...still no food that looked like mine. 5 more minutes passed then I decided to walk over and look at the orders in the window. One was mine, but it was missing an item. I asked for it and it magically appeared immediately. When I mentioned that nobody called m
