Panera Bread

My first time visiting this location. It was early morning but the store is clean and the staff were busy stocking up baked goods and getting out drive-thru orders. There are tablets to place and pay for your order by the door. There are also cups there so you can get your beverage without waiting. I ordered a bagel and iced coffee to go. The location is convenient to I-77 also.

Today I visited Panera. It was extremely disappointing. I ordered the choose 2 meal turkey sandwich and broccoli mac & cheese. The sandwich was as big as my fist which is pretty small. It seemed like they cut the ends off of the bread and made my sandwich with that. The Mac and cheese was tiny, it was about four spoonfuls and it was gone. All of that for $14 ????also the sandwich was soggy for some reason. I will never be visiting a Panera again. The quality of the food is basic and the price is outrageous.

I don’t know who the owner is BUT YOUR STORE is NOT BEING RUN PROPERLY! I stop coming to this restaurant a while ago because of this, started going again and each time they were OUT of SOMETHING! I’m making this review because today, they were out of sauce and the chicken made for my sandwich….ok, fine I’ll take the substitutions….why I get home and they charged me EXTRA for the chicken that they used to substitute my sandwich! How you charge me for chicken because you were out of the correct chicken for my sandwich…..yeah, I won’t be back!
