Panera Bread

Had a really nice experience here. The food is what you expect from Panera, and I really liked ordering at the kiosk to customize my meal, which was prepared exactly as I ordered. I forgot to pick up my bakery items immediately after placing the order (they weren't automatically put with our meals at the pickup window, which I didn't realize at first), but we were able to swing by at the end of our stay to show the receipt and get them. Staff members were friendly and jumped in to help me with a drink dispenser when they noticed it wasn't working quite right for me. Fairly open, airy space with lots of natural light. Perfectly fine spot for lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

i eat at panera probably once or twice a month, and ive noticed over the past year or so the quality of the food has been getting consistently worse. as of recent, the food doesn't taste fresh, and looks & tastes a bit old (like browning mushy avocados, drier bread, etc). disappointing especially for the price ... which if it was of high quality and fresh id have no problem paying... but it's not, so it's getting harder to justify spending what i do here (20$+ for mac and sandwich)

That new chicken sandwich is awesome. Definitely hurry to get one. Little expensive but worth it for sure. I got the spicy one and it's so so good. The crispy pickle chips are perfect.
