So I am a resident of Blount county. My family and I love Panera bread and eat here at least once a week. We eat here every Sunday for breakfast and the past few months they have just gone really downhill. The staff is nice, the restaurant is clean but everytime we go the food is burnt or very close to being burnt and it's disappointing as it does not taste the same anymore. It's everytime we go so we will no longer be customers of this location.
The dining room was a little dirty. There wasn't anyone working The counter when we arrived. We ordered through the kiosks at the entrance and just hoped it worked. I like a little personal touch when I go out to eat. We found a table, wiped it down and sat down. In a few mins. They called our name. Food was good, I still think they are overpriced for 2 sandwiches and soup.
