Panda Express

I just came back from this place. By far the worst customer service. 1. I went through the drive through and was ordering from the back seat of my car. (I was not the driver) After 30 sec, I was told to wait. I did. A full minute later a different voice comes on and says I have to back up because they cannot hear me. I told them I was ready to place the order. *crickets* Hello? Hello? Hello? Full two minutes later same person says I have to back up my car because he cannot hear me. I told him I've been waiting to order and place my order. 2. We get to the window and another worker, a female, takes the payment and says we have to wait out front to get the order. We drive to the front of the store and wait for a full 12-15 minutes. 3. I go inside and there are plenty of people going through the drive through getting their orders. There are also plenty of people going through line getting their orders. There is NO SHORTAGE of prepared food. I finally get someone's attention and show them

Management F- Food C+ Over all : go somewhere else. Management is horrible if they run out of something as simple as soy sauce. Fried Rice is dry and flavor less. When you order one item that's exactly what you get, half the serving of a two item purchase. Staff is mostly college kids trying their best but like "kids" they don't listen to your order and they get razzled when you correct them.
