Why they so so fast. And muss up my ????food and get. My suff I order as they Forget about it not happy at all see is go there again

The food is such low quality. The hospitality is bland. Out of all locations I’ve been too this is by far the worst one! What made this the worst experience was when I was asked to pay for my 5th soda refill?? I went up to refill my cup and an employee (with no name tag????) came up to ask me to pay CASH for the soda refill?? I ended up just leaving because they definitely be pocketing money. She was working front counter and this was day shift around 1-2 when I visited the store.

This is the best panda express in Tucson, trust me my picky kids love panda so this is one of the few places we eat out at, we have been to every single panda express in Tucson and surrounding areas and this is by far the best and cleanest location we were there at 8pm and it looked as if it just opened our food was fresh our service was amazing from the person that served us to the cashier friendly and professional we were especially impressed to see the manager I believe his name was Marcos he was helping his crew members cleaning serving taking drive thru orders and making sure everything was running smoothly.
