Panda Express

Drive-thru lines are always long and the wait is ridiculous most the time. Some times when I get my food you can tell it’s not always fresh but I don’t feel like going inside or back in line. I hate how you can’t pull out drive-thru once your in. About 80% of the time half the menu is unavailable which doesn’t make sense. Like when do you get deliveries monthly? The workers are always nice though no bad experience with them

The workers are always very nice, and the food is very good, however they've gotten my order wrong many times. Once i ordered the shrimp, which costs extra, and was literally given two pieces of shrimp. But the biggest problem is so often they're literally out of half the menu, which you don't find out until it's your turn to order. (In addition, the drive thru line is often long, and is built so that once you're in line, you can't get out; frustrating to sit in a long line only to finally get your turn and everything you want is unavailable). Took a picture of today's menu (taken around 6:00 pm). I tried to order an egg roll and they were out of that as well. I could understand it being an off day, but this is how it often is. I just can't understand how a restaurant can operate while regularly being out of half the menu.

I have complained about this before at panda express and today I very specifically asked not do get the “old, chopped up Chow Mein noodles” in my meal. The young man assured me that I would not. Well, of course I did! I have just about had it with this store. I like the food, but I am tired of getting substandard food. If you don’t eat chow mein I guess the rest of it is okay. ????
