Assistant manager Sandra is very NASTY and RUDE! After calling for a complaint I was met with a cut off attitude! A lecture and “that it was my issue to handle” when explaining my complaint about my special needs son who’s order they lazily created! Being professional under the tittle of a Panda Express should come with formal training that this woman obvs does not qualify for! After speaking to her for over 5mins her final response was “call corporate I don’t care, call my manager she’s here allll day” After speaking to corporate I was assured a complaint against SANDRA at 10:40 on 5-26-22 was taken for what they labeled disgusting behavior. I will be calling to speak to the actual manager as they should to be aware of this persons treatment of others, let alone special needs CHILDRENS food!!!!
Supposed to open at 900 15minutes after and no lo mien ready no tongs or spoons in food , most food items missing
Wonderful experience so far! Employees were awesome ! Food was good! As I make my rounds to different restaurants in the suburbs I find this one to be the best
