Panda Express

The manager Miguel Sanchez and rest of the recent employees at this location treats his Spanish Latino clients with a smug attitude. As if they are better because they know Spanish speaking individuals are likely more vulnerable. After my 60+ year old parents took my nephew there (as they do quite often at panda Express), my mother asked why she was only given 3 small chunks of chicken in her entree. The server and manager both responded "we give what we give you and there's nothing we can do about it." We eat/spend too much money there and way too often to know this isn't the right portion and not be spoken to like that. When my parents asked for the manager, Miguel Sanchez aggressively asked my mother to wait and then told he couldn't do anything about it. He likely thinks they wouldn't know how to speak up. Then when my father went back in to ask for his name, Miguel yelled and threatened to call police on my 60+ year old parents with my 6 year old nephew with them. These people sho

The manager Miguel is very rude and ignorant. We had an issue with the food and he handled it so unprofessionally. A manager usually fixes a problem with a customer not makes it worse. Raised his voice as if he owns the place or thinks he has the power to do so! Will be taking my complaint to corporate! Such an angry and miserable person!
