I did have my review at a 4 star, but had to move it down to a 3. Food is good, service is not and they're CONSTANTLY out of menu items. I wouldn't care if it was rare, but it's all the time anymore. I get that some of it may be delivery issues, but sometimes it's just they don't want to make more. I can be there an hour before close and they're just like sorry, it's gone, instead of making more to keep customers and making sales. Drive through service was not great and not friendly and when I finally got ahold of someone from corporate they were also not friendly, so I do not frequent there like I used to. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options
Got to my destination and found that they served my this. It's 11:45 am so I am wondering if this is from a previous day since they have only recently opened. My child said his fried rice was overly dry too. Disappointed in this location as this is not the first time this has happened only the first time I am posting about it. - Waste of money. -Rachel
