The food is okay, but I stopped by today for lunch and couldn't get the order we wanted because the cook was on break. The line was out of vegetables and there clearly wasn't anything setup ahead of time so that this type of situation wouldn't occur while he was unavailable. It seems no one else on staff was able to fill in for him. To add to this, I waited the amount of time told to me, and then went back in to see if it was ready, and was then told that because they didn't know I was going to wait, they didn't make the vegetables and that it would be another 5 minutes. What. The. Heck? The food should be available, regardless of whether I was.coming back or not. This place is so weird. Dropped my rating to 1 for this.
They said regions would be ready in 2 minutes , 20 mins. later still no food . I had to go in. I asked for my money back , which took another 20 minutes . Said it would take 5-7 days ?!?! What it took them 5-7 seconds to take my money .
Awful service - my Husband and I come here once in a while. We always prepare ourselves to check the bag because they ALWAYS forget something, know half the menu will be out of stock, and to get ready for the rude workers. None of them seem like they want to be working, but it's always the same staff. I don't understand why anyone would allow this to keep happening. These issues have been occurring for years now.
