Panda has gone down hill quite a bit. Some of the noodles were crunchy, as if they hadn't been fully cooked, or had possibly been left out too long. The rice was very dry and the orange chicken was the best of it all, but it did have a weird chewy texture to it and I have never had that happen before to basically all of the pieces. Sadly, the last complaint is that the insides of the Rangoons were cold, so I don't believe they were fresh anymore, and it was around 4:45 PM. I give two stars because the ladies were extremely nice.
They didn't have Honey Sesame Chicken, which is a major negative point in my book. Would probably give 5 stars if they had had that available.
Order online hoping I don't have to wait. Show up at the appointed time only to have to wait 30 minutes for my food. I saw a whole line come and go before I got my food.
