Panda Express

Today is May 14 6.15 PM and I got a pretty big order today. I was served by manager(asian lady wearing black shirt). When I got home and opened the boxes and plates, they were half full. So make sure you are watching your plates or boxes are fully filled.

I ordered 3 entree plate with black angus steak and was told four minutes. 20 min later after watching multiple ppl get their orders and leave (and having ordered after I had placed my order) I asked the ‘manager’ for help as she was busy laughing and goofing off with her co workers in the back. After I spoke with her she used profanity under her breath (in Spanish) unaware that I speak Spanish. Will NEVER return!

Just picked up two Doordash orders right now. What I saw was absolutely disgusting. I informed doordash and my two customers that the employee was picking his teeth or playing with his retainer when I arrived. Idk if he was eating, putting retainer in mouth, or whatever. All I know is that he was doing it with blue gloves on and mask down. As soon as he saw me walk inside he pulled his fingers out of his mouth and yanked his mask back up. A white male with name tag that said Alex I believe. I was mildly disgusted when he handed me the first customers delivery order with same gloves hand that was in his mouth. What was truly disgusting and makes me gag was that he proceeded to prepare my second delivery order with the same gloved hands that were in his mouth????. No glove change. No hand washing.
