Had ordered online. Got there at time it said and there was person in front of me. I had to wait a minute or two. Then when told em I was there to get my order, it was not fully ready. The girl got right on it, working fast as she could. Apologized for the wait. Got home and food was hot,fresh, good. Thanks for attentiveness to order and good food.

Starting a few months ago, I went here pretty often and never had any problems. However, the last dozen times have been consistently terrible, and I'll probably stop coming here. I kept hoping they'd improve again, but they never did. Every single time, something is missing from my order. They almost always forget the teriyaki sauce for the TERIYAKI CHICKEN. They also usually forget something else. I end up waiting 30-40 minutes for a simple order. I never have high expectations for fast food, but I just don't understand how it's gotten so bad here. It doesn't even taste good anymore.

The quality has gone way down. It used to be my go-to spot and satisfied my craving. However, now it's sometimes bland, sometimes an unrecognizable flavor profile in familiar dishes.
