Panda Express

A nice young man took my order but I had to wait 6 mins for honey sesame. 10 mins later a young lady starts making my order and I stepped up to the window to help. Apparently what I ordered isn't allowed and instead of speaking with the young man about it privately, she yelled at him in front of other customers saying "I don't know why he told you that! We can't do that! Why did you tell her that?!" I even prepaid, but she tried to give me less food like I wouldn't notice. Absolutely awful....I will put this location on my DONT GO HERE LIST!

This is by far my favorite place to eat in the area . I have an early lunch, around 9:30 and I’m usually their first customer. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. The restaurant is always clean and tidy.

The food is very good, I will give them that. However, the customer service on the other hand, not so much. I arrived at the store and asked the lady whose name was Karen (shocker, I know) for my order pickup. She very rudely snapped at me “Okay, give me one minute”. After waiting a while, when my food was ready, she placed it on top of the sneeze guard, nearly dropping my food. Luckily I caught it before it fell. I tried leaving a review with the QR code on the receipt but it says on the website that my receipt is ineligible. So, I wrote it here. I would recommend going to a different one, or getting delivery. The customer service is not it. Also they did not put the prices on the receipt if you are concerned about budgeting and what not.
