Who ever works the front counter has the absolute WORSE attitude, he wants to be extremely rude, and then laugh when you get rude back. I placed an online order and my boyfriend went to pick it up, they kept stating over and over they did not have the food when we could literally see it. My boyfriend offered the order number, the order itself, and both of our names. They proceeded to say they have no idea what he was talking about and after them arguing I finally went up there and got them to give him the food. I will be going out of my way to AVOID this panda even though it is 3 minutes away from my house. It was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had, and it was mainly over the cashier. Do better. Learn Customer Service and maybe you won’t get chewed out by customers.

Food was not fresh. Arrived about 5pm, this had to be the scraps from lunch. I hope I don't get sick. I took a pic of my plate, but apparently my camera didn't save it... Ugh. Damn android. Anyway, the super greens were soggy and dark brown/black and super mushy. And they did not provide any teriyaki sauce, even after I reminded them. Not pleased.
