Panda Express

Will not be going to this Panda Express again, two employees Beatriz and Ella claimed I didn't have an online order but I could verify it. They later proceeded to get my order wrong claiming they didn't have any more of what I orderd and when I asked for a replacement they said they did not have anything else left when we could see from the window they where still serving other plates. I later proceeded to call to talk to a manager and no one answered the phone. They also had a sign saying their lobby was closed when we could again from the window see they had people dinning in. Worst customer service experience.

Haven't been to a panda in a while, I used to go at least twice every other week. Quit going because of a general impression of the chain becoming very low. I decided to go to one today after at least a year hoping they have improved. Found out they are still a 1 star or less chain entirely. Restaurants are always dirty, they are always out of food, the help is over all friendly but that doesn't make up for the general decline in the quality of the entire restaurant chain. This one was in line with all the others. They need a major change to become what they once were.
