Every time I go they always seem in a hurry to get me out with no one behind me and when I try to ask for extra sauce they shut the window before I can ask. If they took some time to make sure the order was right/find out if we need more than 1 soy sauce and better customer service like at chick fil a, it would a huge improvement.
I went to panda express for the first time and I ordered their Teriyaki Chicken and fried rice and absolutely hated it. The chicken was 90% fat and had no taste. The rice was old and not even warm. If I could rate it a 0, it’d be 0.
This place is trash, the man in the front named Zane i think, after we told him the diner was for dine-in literally went up to our table saying they were closed, not 10 minutes after we had sat down and started eating, just rude. Which made the whole experience weird and uncomfortable... this behavior was encouraged by the manager on duty.. Again this place is trash, spend your money elsewhere....
