Panda Express

Worst panda in the valley. Came twice hoping 2nd time might be different, but no. Chicken was not even cooked. Take your time with the food man. I know you want ppl in and out but geez you gonna get ppl sick. Terrible food. I really like panda man but Edinburg ain’t it. Wish I was there cooking it myself. They rush the food so much because they can’t handle a rush.just be honest with ppl and tell them that you just want to serve quality we’d understand. Doesn’t need to be the McDonald’s of Chinese

Went a while back, and all three plates I ordered had very little portions the fried rice was also mediocre at best, unsure as to why this happened as they just opened at a convenient spot in Edinburg. Honestly your best bet for fast/good Asian food is the Lin’s right on the same road. Edit: So I’ve eaten here a couple times, again portions is usually on the low side you have to not be there when there’s a lunch rush because at best you’re going to get mediocre food. Thank goodness I haven’t gotten a stomach virus from this place despite some reviews.

There's one, ONLY one person who actually makes the orders right, and stays on top of everything, very smooth operator and helps the employees when its busy. Her name is Ashley. She was very nice, very calm, and when she noticed there was a rush, she just jumped right in! She helped her employees and made sure EVERYONE got their orders right and would even double check!. When Ashley works, she does a wonderful job!!! On the other hand compared to her male manager, he caused a toxic work environment, made mistakes and had the employees take responsibility for his mistakes. He's always in a bad mood...I'm rating a 5 star only bc Ashley does a wonderful job! Thank you so much Ashley for always taking care of business the way it should be done.
