I generally love panda express overall this is my first time to this location my new job is right around the corner so it makes it convenient for lunch so I thought I would try it out ideally I like to drive through because it is a lot faster this location does not have one the service inside was slow even though it wasn’t that busy for a lunch rush. When I got my food I had to rush back to work for some meetings when I finally was able to eat I opened it up started to eat my rice and it tasted burnt. I mix it together come to find out the bottom was completely black which tainted the whole meal as it sat in its container for about 35 minutes before I was able to eat it needless to say I did not eat it and it was a wasted $10
I just want to give a shout out to one out your employees at the Draper Utah location store number 0749. Here is a copy of the receipt so you can please give her some recognition. It has her name as Alicia c on my receipt. I come here often. However today I came during the lunch rush and there was only one person who was serving the food and she was also the cashier. The line was long because she just had a huge pick up online order. The customers were becoming impatient. However Alicia addressed the line with a smile on her face and handled the rush like a champ. She apologized for the wait to every customer was super friendly and had a welcoming smile. She is a great asset to your company. I hope this reaches someone to give her some recognition because she definitely deserves it. Most people would of had a bad attitude or become overwhelmed, not her though she was an all star.
I have been to this location” minuteman drive in Draper”, a few times. The last 3 times, there has been issues. Where’s management on quality control?Wheres corporate doing “ Undercover Boss”?Yesterday the chow mein, which I tried for the first time was terrible! Dry and flavorless. The fried rice here has been better. And they again screwed up my order, giving me double portions of one item. Instead of the 3 entrees I got 2. This place has really gone down hill, in the last 2 years. Also I didn’t have utensils or napkins or worst of all fortune cookies! I shouldn’t have to watch like a hawk, by tearing open the pickup bag to see if they fulfilled my order, and did their job right. Fortunately I heard of a Chinese food place that is family owned and I hear much better. And a similar business model. In the maceys strip shopping center on Draper Parkway. I’m going to try it. That being said, Draper needs a really good authentic Chinese restaurant. Not these bulk process places.
