I did an online order for a bigger plate with double chicken teriyaki and orange chicken whenever I got home I noticed that they put nothing but orange chicken and no chicken teriyaki when I called the young lady told me that it was too late And that the kitchen was closed I was very upset because if they didn’t have what I requested they should have just told me versus assuming what I wanted. The young lady told me she would take my name and number down and that she would allow me to go and pick it up sometime later that week since the kitchen was closed so I called today trying to do that and Josh or Joshua answered the phone and was very rude told me that he had to have the physical receipt even though I made the online order I told him I didn’t have that but I had the email receipt and he pretty much was just talking over me telling me I needed to backtrack and listen to what he was saying pretty much and it’s very unprofessional horrible experience

Wanted to try the beyond meat ask for a sample they said they don’t do samples I asked if I buy it don’t like it cause I get something else she said no so how do I try something new without buying the whole thing lol Incase I don’t like it

Normally, I don’t order sides and just get a plate of chow mein, sometimes chow Mein with veggies (i get half and half of each when I do that). Never had a problem before - well today I decided to get two, but one I wanted with a side of chicken for my sister. The man taking my order was so rude, raised his voice at me twice, insisting I had to order it the specific way on the menu, telling me I was confusing him, ect. Made me feel like a kid in trouble for not wanting it the way he kept telling me to order. The young man who checked me out at the cash register was really sweet. I guess I won’t be going back since you have to order a plate with only one entree and only two sides. Didn’t realize you can’t just get a plate of chow mein without sides/just one side dish.
