Panda Cafe

Recently ordered 2 shrimp rolls that had no shrimp in them and when I went back and complained the lady in the front accused me of eating the shrimp when I never left the area. She then brings out another shrimp roll and this one only has 1 half of a shrimp then she tells me that there is a food shortage which I understand but why charge full prices without informing the customer of the change. She then told me to go somewhere else to get food. This place will never get my money again.

This restaurant is consistent with putting out excellent dishes, not your typical run of the mill Chinese spot..The chef does not miss!

Never had a encounter with one of those Asian businesses that are the “ R” word but for some reason I feel like this sad excuse of a restaurant deff is. So I was picking up a order for Uber at this place and upon arrival I wasn’t greeted or anything the only thing I was greeted with was a angry face from I guess the owners wife and the words “let me see your phone” I was shocked that someone was speaking to me like this so I caught my breath and asked “Well how are you” the lady responds “yeah yeah let me see phone” while waving her hand I respond by saying “you must be having a bad day” she then proceeds to walk away because she clearly doesnt understand how customer service works. So I waited and then saw her son just staring at me and not helping me, so reached my had over to grab my order that’s when her son told me to stop, Someone yelled from the back and out came a angry daughter to finally give me my order.
