Paganos Steaks & Hoagies

I brought a chicken cheese steak and a regular cheese steak and I had asked for ketchup on both. The lady near the register had put tomato paste or sauce on both steaks. If you don't have anymore ketchup you should tell your customers and not take it up on yourself to put a substitute on their food. This is not good especially for someone with acir reflux. I had noticed that the quality of service had gone down tremendously over the years but I still tried to show my support but after dealing with what I had to deal with, I will never spend my money there.

There are a lot of things that can be tolerated with changes that have been made in the store. Even though the steak meat could be better, the food is good, and the serving sizes are more than enough. However, the thing I will not tolerate is disrespect in a place where I come to spend my money. No one should. This cook right here is the reason why this establishment has lost and will continue to lose business. He is rude and disrespectful. The fact that a lot of comments say this and he is still allowed to interact with people the way he does is the problem. This man always has an attitude and goes out of his way to say something slick out of his mouth. Everyone is entitled to have an off-day, but he has one almost every other day. In all my years of coming here, I have never encountered a staff member as rude as he is. Not only have I encountered his horrible attitude, but I witnessed him have so many issues with other people as well. This man reacts with attitude instead of reason a

You go in the steak shop I will see sandwich shop. The establishment is very clean. The chef behind the grill is awesome very clean very courteous takes your order he don’t have to repeat yourself. The lady at the cash register was very courteous and polite. The price was right. The cheesesteak hoagie that I received was loaded with fresh Fresh tomatoes Lettuce . The sandwich roll was so fresh .
