Legend has it that the chefs at Pablo’s were trained by SmackYourLipsis, the Delicacy Greek god of Olympus. ???? This guys throw down, they put their foot in this here meal (not literally guys), it’s a metaphor, like when you say….you know what…let’s just keep going. They know how to make this combination to the perfect taste, topping it off with a strawberry margarita- date night at home is SET baby!!!! The only issue is that my wife always have an issue with the fact that I eat the last fajita, I’m trying but the fajitas got a hold on me!! Lol! Bon Appetite my people!! ????
Happy Hour appetizer choices were OK. Our server, Ivan, was on top of it! He was friendly, quick with our order and always swooping in to let us know he was there for us if we needed anything. I always rate a restaurant on how they handle our service when they are at capacity. On this day, every table and every chair was filled and Pablo's did not disappoint! Thanks to Ivan, our server, and the rest of his support staff behind the bar and in the kitchen, they never missed a beat! They were within 3 minutes with our drinks, and less than 10 minutes with our food order! THAT'S CRAZY FAST! You never would have known they were at capacity and it was during Happy Hour and dinner rush. Two of our friends who were dining with us had several less-than-positive dining experiences over a year ago. Thanks to Ivan, he has won them back with his impeccable service and charming personality. Keep it up, Ivan, and we'll keep coming back and bringing our friends with us to Pablo's!
Everything was good!! Started with chicken tamales and fondue. This was some of the best fondue I've had. Great flavor!! For my entree I went with the crawfish quesadillas and they were really good!!! I definitely will be back at Pablo's to dine again!! They also pour good cocktails as well. Had the Pablo's Tea. Nice kick to it.
