Pa’ Los Chinos Restaurant Davenport

Although a popular restaurant, the food did not live to the expectation. In my experience the rice was not cooked/fried well and it lacked flavor. The fact that the rice is premixed already and you cannot make any changes to it could be a factor that affects the end result. Also the protein was lacking seasoning and flavor making the dish not enjoyable besides the side dish which are french fries. For my taste and others that I have discussed this restaurant with, the venue has potential to have that distinctive flavor other Chinese-Puerto Rican restaurants have if they listen to their customers.

This is NOT puertorican style chinese. The red ribs were very dry, salty and tasted old, the rice was ok but a little undercooked. I'm giving them 3 ???? because the service was good but I won't be back. They also don't include fortune cookies, my kids were disappointed to not get them, you have to pay separate for those.
