Over The Counter

I used to work here with my girlfriend. The owner is a good guy and wonderful woman both of whom whom give job opportunities to young women and men alike. They hire people and train people to thrive from all walks of life. It’s a friendly place that promotes fair treatment for people on any side of the fence in any walk of life. The menu is great and i was grateful for the life lessons and cooking experience I picked up here. If you have issues with your experience I urge you to express it to the staff and manager or owner it WILL be made right! I ate the food every time I worked and enjoyed the discounts when dining off the clock. I was treated fairly despite the fact that I wasn’t always the easiest person to be around. Good food. Nice beer selection. Cute patio. But a bit pricey- 2 sanchwiche plates and 4 beers=$60. Before tip.

We walked in a couple minutes after they closed, not realizing they closed at 2. The owner said no problem, come on in! They were so kind. I got the grilled cheese w/ bacon on jalapeño toast….delicious! I’ve never had a less that stellar meal here, definitely recommend!
