Shanta was our server tonight. She got our bloomin onion quick. Refills without asking. Hot bread with breeze. She made me feel special for my birthday dinner!! Toledo Oh Monroe Outback! The place to be! Ask for Shanta!!
Called for curbside take away. On hold for 20 minutes, while on hold I placed a call from my house phone. Whoever answered transfered me to take away. So I hung up the house phone and drove there. I was 2 minutes away and the worker answered and hung up. So I went in, sat at a table and placed my order, and waited. My wings was brought to me by the dishwasher. I ate some of my bread then asked for a to go box. Got halfway home, no mashed potatoes. Called the manager and she gave me a free side order of 6 asparagus. That was a lovely "Compensation " for all my inconveniences. My money is not short staffed and I'm sorry that you are. But customer service socks when "The Staff" cuts corners!
Short wait to be seated. No issues, salmon was cooked perfectly. Always get the bloomin onion and it didn't disappoint.
