Outback Steakhouse

Take-away order was 45 minutes late. Had to call twice and when I got through the second time, they came out asked for my name which my name and vehicle description was on the order. When I got home I was missing a side, steak sauce, and my food was cold. I called and all I got was my money back for the missing side. No apology, no nothing.

Ok let me start at the beginning. We arrive and the guy is cleaning up a messy area that looked horrible considering they open at 11 and we arrived at noon. The cleaning man then comes to take our order. Igor was very nice, a little flat and dry like my steak, but we enjoyed him. My niece ordered a burger, my other niece got the shrimp, which she enjoyed. I got a steak that was supposed to be medium well but was dryer than my grandmother's front! I had to baptize the paper steak in steak sauce to make it palatable. I also got the blooming onion because Grace on Will and Grace got one, which sounded amazing so I Google searched for the best blooming onion in my area and Outback came up as number one. It was delicious and a good portion. Overall, I had a great time and would return.

Something's declining at Outback. The restaurant is clean, the waiter is nice, but... The plates have gotten smaller, the kitchen messed up my party's order twice, the steaks are smaller than on the menu. Considering how high calorie the menu is, you'd think the portions would match. But not quite. Overall, the restaurant is doing fine, but I don't know for how long.
