Outback Steakhouse

We went to the South Central Expressway (75) and Park location around 5pm. Cody, our server was awesome. Service was the best I have ever had, everyone was so polite and welcoming. Cody and the team timed it perfectly, giving us enough time to enjoy our appetizer before our steaks were brought out. The steaks were beautiful and perfectly cooked. Although we did have an issue with our meal, which was totally our fault, Cody was quick to remedy it and the manager was more than accommodating. She was polite, professional and never made us feel like we were in the wrong. This is by far the best experience we have had at an Outback ever. We will never go to a different location and will definitely be back. Parking: Large parking lot with easy access to the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking is in front of the entrance. Nice to see a restaurant that hasn't moved the wheelchair accessibility for take out orders.

Had a very nice server by the name of Maddy, and she was great. Very friendly and quick to fix any errors or mistakes. She also knows the menu and was able to point out several options within my diet. Did I mention the food was good? Absolutely brilliant location! Everything great from start to finish. Host at front desk was friendly and efficient, and Corbin, our server was fabulous! Again, very attentive and efficient service and the food was delish. We loved the dessert too! Seemed to be a real team effort at this location as dirty plates were promptly removed from the table by several passing team members (the manager included). Additionally, the manager was also very friendly and made sure we had a positive experience. This location consistently scores high with us so we'll be back when we're next in the mood for a steak.
