Ok I get it we got take out but WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?! Ordered two grilled shrimp on the Barbie and two fried mushrooms. WE ARE CHARGED $14 for 8 pieces of shrimp…… and no steak. Literally came with bread YES BREAD in ONE box. The mushrooms are OK but seriously only 8 pieces of shrimp? Wth ????♀️???????? never going or ordering again. Such a horrible first experience with this location!!!!
I went to Outback Steakhouse to have a good dinner. I was blessed to have Matt as my waiter. He made sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly and provided great excellent customer service. Whenever I visit Outback I will be sure to ask for Matt.
We expected far better than this for a $100+ dinner. I honestly don't know what went wrong this time, as I've had good experiences at this Outback before. This time the food wasn't just mediocre, some of it was inedible, and the portion sizes were unacceptable. The $6.50 asparagus was not just a small portion but absolutely inedible. It was both rubbery and extremely tired. My $28.00 16oz prime rib had a very small portion of decent meat. The amount of fries served with our meals was very small too. The portion sizes for the salads were also small. My own meal was around a $40 dollar meal and I've honestly had better meals for $10. Both my Mom and my Brothers meals were also disappointing. I feel bad that my Mom spent $110 on such a disappointing meal... Door Dash was prompt with their delivery and we have no complaints with them. Door Dash credited us with a 50% refund.
