Disappointed with corporate who sets the standards. It's probably been 4 years since we last visited this location. We visited today 5/22/23 for our 12th anniversary, everything was great until our dinners arrived. I understand with the economy and inflation..but food shrinkage is real at Outback. Very small portions especially with chicken breast. Was told they cut it in half! Spoke with the manager and he made it right..but all I wanted was a reasonable piece of chicken. Buyer beware..you will leave hungry like we did!
I haven't been to an Outback in almost 2 decades. Mainly because I thought that it was just like every other chain restaurant but I was clearly mistaken. This location was connected to my hotel so I stopped in for lunch!!!!!!! Easily one of the best dishes I've eaten in 2023. I'm traveling again this weekend and I'll be popping back in. Sorry about the photo, the dish was so good I forgot to take a pic until it was almost gone.
We had an amazing dining experience. Our server was Kylie K and she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. AJ was one of the managers on duty and made sure to stop by our table and check on how everything was. The food was delicious!! Highly recommend the baked potato soup and the Tasmanian chili. Oh and the butter cake!!! We can’t wait to come back.
