Outback Steakhouse

My first time ever at Outback and I loved it! Great, friendly customer service and fresh food! Hands down the best, juicy filet mignon I’ve ever had! Of course it’s pricey but you get what you pay for we basically had a 4 course meal. Can’t wait to go back! My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves and our meal! Nikki had a lot going on but was still great!

Well...we walked in and went to the bar and seated ourselves at 1 of the semi clean areas at the mostly empty bar. We waited about 3 mins to be acknowledged by the bartender. After watching him get his register straight and walking passed us 3 times to serve the only other guest at the (w/o some much as a hello or I'll be right with you), a beer and glass of wine, we decided the customer service wasn't going to be worth our hard earned money and went elsewhere. Which we were excited about the service we received within 45 seconds of a packed bar area. (Great job Chilli's)

Went here for some food to kill time. Wanted cheese fries. Sat at the bar. Bartender was super nice. 6 is on a Saturday, so busy but not slammed yet. Ordered a filet with a side of cheese fries. Food came out way over cooked and like it had sat in a window for a long time. Ordered steak Medium it came out way over well done and the cheese was solidly baked on the fries. I was going to eat it anyway. I mentioned it to the bartender. He ordered me a new plate. Steak was much more medium well then medium but still good. Cheese fries were normal this time. The peppercorn sauce they have is delicious. The kitchen seemed busy as the rest of the restaurant was pretty full, so I think my plate either sat awhile or the expo person just sort of didn't look at quality control. They made it right though and all was good.
