Outback Steakhouse

Dining at the OUTBACK Steakhouse restaurant in Independence Ohio was a "5 Star experience." The food was EXCELLENT and the service was outstanding! The restaurant offers the ambiance of "eloquence and classy,"along with top shelf accommodations. Every meal served "hot" and absolutely delicious. Stop on in and enjoy a well prepared meal with your family and friends. Parking: The parking is free and shared with another nearby restaurant. Always packed but time you arrive, someone else will be leaving - allowing you a chance at a suitable parking space. Come on down!!! Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accommodations throughout this facility for both parking and dining facilities.

Stopped in for a quick bite and Patrick took great care of us, as always. We never felt rushed even though it was on the later side. The food came out fast and was tasty. Just what we needed after a long days work.

The hostess who seated us and the woman who delivered our blooming onion was very rude and made us feel like we was wasting their time like we should not be there. The server seemed to forget about us after getting our drinks, it took another 25 min just to get straws. The Blooming Onion was the worst I ever had. The sauce was tipped over when she delivered it spilling onto half the onion. The onion was not cut properly and I had to saw chunks of it apart just for us to eat it. What little breading was on it flaked off before you could eat it so basically it was like eating just an onion. When the server got done standing around talking to other employees and remembered we have not given our order yet. We ordered our food. Was told they ran out of Mac and cheese, and ketchup. How do you run out of ketchup? Steak was ok but tough. The bread they served was great ( the only thing about the experience that was). By the time we could get our drinks refilled we was done eating. The server w
