Very nice meal. A little pricey for lunch but the quality was worth it. Our server was quick with refills and very responsive when we needed something. I have very specific dietary needs and our server was able to accommodate me. Not a lot of restaurants do that.
Every year I celebrate the date I became paralyzed and choose Outback Steakhouse to do it with. The quality of food is consistent and staff is professional and accommodating. This year (2022) I had my food delivered and Elizabeth took care of everything from taking my order over the phone to packaging my meal for delivery. I happened to mention my occasion/anniversary in conversation. To my delight, she added a card signed by some staff and a nice message. It's stuff like this that keeps me coming back and recommending this restaurant. Bravo!
Compared to Texas Roadhouse house, I'd choose Texas Roadhouse every time. The food is very pricey considering the appearance, quality, and taste. My fiancées steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it came out very well done. Toast was burnt and 4 baby shrimps on the side. My steak was ordered medium rare came out rare and almost stringy. The side options were very good, though. Our alcoholic drinks were mainly ice. $190 for 4 people. 3 drinks total and 4 entrees. It just wasn't worth it, in my opinion. HOWEVER, the staff and specifically our waiter were amazing, friendly, attentive, and very engaging. We appreciated that, and it honestly, why we didn't complain or ask for a refund. Just to clarify, the $190 is not including tip. We left our waiter a tip and didn't take away from that regardless of the meal itself! He was wonderful.
