I stopped by recently for dinner and had Michelle the bartender take care of me. She provided the best experience I’ve had at this Outback. I never had to ask for a refill & always made sure I was doing well. She had great chit chat & her recommendations were very tasty! She also made sure I had hot fresh bread at all times! I couldn’t of asked for a better meal. Michelle is a gem. Tell her I said, “Thank you!”
I love Outback Steakhouse. I almost always order the Queen Victoria Filet. They offer 6 or 8 oz. filets. With the filet, I get the baked potato all the way. I absolutely always get the house salad with honey mustard dressing. It has lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, purple onion, croutons, and grated cheese. I don't know how such a simple salad can be so good. The Victoria's filet is amazing. Somehow they always cook it as requested and perfect. This last time was no exception. Sometimes I get a lobster tail or shrimp on the barbie with it and that is always good too. I have also tried the Queensland chicken and shrimp (comes with pasta), the hamburger and the signature Bloomin' onion. The pasta and burger are amazing. I'm not a big fan of the Bloomin' onion, but I know people that seem to like it a lot. My mom is crazy for Outback too. We agree that the filet and salad are great. She really likes the coconut shrimp. I don't really care for it, but only because I don't like shredde
Greeted promptly upon entry. The waitress (Ashley) we had was so friendly and kept up updated on our order. Our appetizer was served fairly quickly. It was fresh and hot. We ordered the Bloomin Onion. It was delicious! The atmosphere is very laid back and decent lighting. Steaks were cooked to perfection. My husband and son had ordered theirs well done. I ordered the bloomin chicken fried chicken. Great seasoning and breading. The mac and cheese and baked potato were great. The loaded Brussel sprouts were not the best. They were still very firm. The taste was more on the sweet side which was surprising. Though if they weren't so firm maybe it would have been better. Would I recommend those as a side? No. The French fries were great. Just enough crunch! It is a bit pricey but the quality is what you are paying for. It is definitely worth the money. So go on, live a little and give it a go! Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu and they do have Styrofoam cups with lids!
