Not much of a wait to be seated. Tori was our fantastic waitress, she was very patient, answering questions, attentive coming back several times to refill drinks and make sure our evening was good. Food was cooked as requested and tasted great.
Our dinner was really good, the temp was perfect and the food came out quick. Great customer service always a plus! The only drawback was they were out of Blooming Onions. We will visit again!
We have been going to Outback for forever and have never been so disappointed. My husband had a hair on his fries (he shaves his head, not his) the server said keep your ckn and I'll bring you new fries. I know hair in your food happens, but i have never had anyone not take the whole plate and offer something else or replacement. I was a server. Then I had a side of steamed broccoli that was so water logged and complete mush. I couldn't eat it. I didn't say a word. What would be the point, if hair in your food doesn't get fixed properly. No Manager visit, nothing. I owned a restaurant in the past....just not acceptable.
