Outback Steakhouse

Awful. Takes forever to get seated even when the restaurant is practically empty. Nobody answers the phone. The floor is always super sticky (wonder what that says about the cleanliness of the kitchen). The soup is always over-salted. Every time we visit, the staff is different. It's surprising that it's still in business.

Ate at Indianapolis north location ( Michigan Road) last evening. Outstanding server Mike had our table! He was ...well.. amazing! If you go dine........their Victoria fillet was absolutely fabulous...cooked to perfection...so tender... ask for server Mike!!!

First we did call ahead seating and spoke to a live person to confirm but when we got there, there was no record of it. Food was not hot, slow service. Rude Manager Jenna. First they brought an extra drink we did not order. We stated if she was just going to throw it out, we would keep it. We then got billed for it. Called for Manager who told us she would've reused and resold it to someone else! Yuck! A manager saying they resell unused drinks to someone else! Then it was a birthday and they asked us if she wanted a bday dessert. We asked if we would be charged, they said no. But when we asked to have the drink removed, they said no because they took the dessert off when we were told it was free anyway! We asked to have the table cleared and they removed maybe 2 plates. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
