Must Try Dishes
When you visit Outback Steakhouse in Brandon, Florida, you absolutely need to try the Bloomin' Onion, a tasty appetizer consisting of one large onion cut to 'bloom', breaded and deep-fried to perfection. For the main course, the Victoria's Filet Mignon, which is a tender and juicy thick cut filet, is a must-try. Crustacean lovers should not miss the Lobster Tails, steamed to perfection and served with butter. If you have room for dessert, the restaurant's Chocolate Thunder From Down Under, a pecan brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, will leave you craving for more.

Ordered online for later pickup. All four steaks were exceptionally flavorful and prepared accurately. The only reason the rankings are less than 5's include: No bread, additional condiments requested not included with order, and of the very pricey desserts three of four were packaged in a way that failure in transit was certain. I'm not being petty. I just expected a similar experience for service and quality in the takeout as I did for dine in.
First time here at this location and I was extremely disappointed. Today was my fiancés 28th birthday and I wanted to take her out to a nice dinner. Unfortunately, my steak was severely undercooked and cold. I had to send it back. It took quite some time for a new meal. I was offered a ‘dessert’ which I did not want. Upon receiving our check, I noticed that nothing ended getting comped. In addition, the ‘suggested rates’ on the tip section was inaccurate. 20% of my check was roughly $14, but this check had around $18 for 20%. Because I had such a long week, I didn’t feel like making much of this a big deal. But given how much I just paid, I am very disappointed and I likely won’t return to this location. I would like to know how I can get in contact with someone from Outback corporate. (NOTE: the $18.99 comp was for the extra steak dinner they put into the system. So we never were comped anything at all)
This complaint about your hiring team. After several interviews with your employees I had terrible experience. Every time they find out that I wasn’t born in USA and speak with an accent they tell me exact same things - “we will call you back”. And guess what ? Nobody ever called back. Why none cares about my skills, knowledge, experience, hardworking and many other things that makes me the best on everything I do. My friends(they were born in USA and speak without accent) applied for a job at Outback and guess what? They got an offer to work. I’ve been in several locations at your stores and guess what I never saw a manager speak with an accent? Why ? Is it illegal to speak with accent? Is it an Illegal to be from another country? Why you took opportunities from people who willing to work hard and want to have a better life only because of their nationality. I don’t understand that.
