Good Afternoon, I wanted to advise about our experience dining in with my family. I had family out of town flown in from PA for our daughters birthday. she ordered a NY strip and TWICE her steak came out wrong. by the time the restaurant finally got it right the rest of our party was done eating. not only was that really annoying but it was her birthday. obviously she did NOT enjoy her birthday dinner. We also informed a server it was her birthday if they could please bring a dessert out to sing for her. he then came by our table with no dessert and ASKED her if it was her birthday. she was so confused but said yes. he leaves and comes back with an ice cream cookie dessert and here we are cameras ready to sing and he just dropped it off the table and left. how embarrassing. to top everything off my rewards was never added and I had a free blooming onion rewards which I ended up paying for. and the app will not even take my receipt information. over all really disappointed in this exper
This is my $60 meal from outback. Steak was raw as you can see in the picture. Order was for a med/well. 2nd you can see the amount of fat this was a 12oz but as you can see at least 5oz is fat. 3 and biggest everything was COLD look at the chucks or fat even the grease in the container had solidified. Salad was room temp. Order placed at 903pm est delivery was 950 I ordered directly on outback website. Got the message my order was on it's way and will be here by 950 that was @10pm the. I get another message my order is on the way. Then another saying it would be delivered by 1030pm. By the time I got the order it had bee. Sitting out over a hr. So here comes the food poison with a raw steak that was left out for over an hr. I then call the store the mgr apologized for the delivery but the food still wasnt cook correctly.
Our server Rob was amazing and so was the manager but I didn’t catch his name.. People around us complaining for stupid reasons never made the smile leave either of their faces! Never a disappointment at this location..
