Original Pancake House

The food was decent, but I think there are better options in the area. I came to eat breakfast with my friends and some of us have dietary restrictions. We ordered a completely vegetarian dish, but there were bits of pork mixed into the omelet. The biggest issue I had was how the situation was handled, the staff didn’t seem like it was a big deal. They also didn’t offer to refund the dish or prepare a new one. We ended up paying for something we didn’t eat and the whole experience was kind of off putting.

Friendly staff and decent food but it's severely overrated and over priced. $3+ for a coffee $5+ for a side of hash browns $12 for a 4 egg and sausage omelette with cheese. I ordered the hash browns because in the menu description it stated they have a special seasoning but that seems to be light salt and pepper. The omelette was stuffed with cheese but instead of sausage as I ordered I was served bacon. They quickly fixed the issue even after I ate a bit of the omelette without arguing which I am thankful for. The omelette itself was STUFFED with cheese and was mediocre at best. Honestly they don't season much of they're food unless you order one of they're specials meals. My bill ended up totally an astounding $22.57 for a simple breakfast for one. I'd rather spend $10 less at a chain restaurant. Wow just wow. I don’t say this lightly these are the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The food is so good there will be a wait but it’s absolutely worth it.
